Age

B.C.G. (Against Tuberculosis) Anytime after 2 weeks of birth
D.P.T. (Triple antigen) * Primary: 3 doses at an interval of 6 to 8 weeks starting from 2 months of age.
Boosters: At 1½ years and 4½ years
O.P.V. (Polio drops) Primary: 5 doses given alongwith B.C.G., D.P.T. and measles in the 1st year.
Boosters: Alongwith D.P.T. Boosters.
Measles 8½ months
M.M.R. 15 months
Hepatitis B * 3 doses at 0, 1 month and 5 months. Preferably started from day 1 of life.
Haemophilius Influenzae (HiB)* 3 doses to be given alongwith D.P.T. and a booster around 16 months of age.
Typhoid (Vi) 2 years of age with a booster every 3 years.
Hepatitis A 2 doses at 0 and between 6 - 12 months. To be started in the 2nd year of life.
Chicken Pox (Varicella) Single dose at 13 months for children below 12 years.
* Combination Vaccine - D.P.T + Hepatitis B + Haemophilus influenzae (HiB) Primary: 3 doses at an interval of 6 to 8 weeks starting from 2 months of age.
Boosters: At 1½ years
